Who can order from Medical Global Services?
We accept orders from licensed medical professionals across all specialties. Some products, however, may require proof of appropriate licensure. If you are ordering on behalf of a clinic, medical spa, or practice under a medical director, you may use their license with a signed authorization form, which you can request from your sales representative.


Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
No minimum required—wholesale pricing begins at one unit. The more you order, the more you save. Ask your sales representative for details on bulk pricing tiers.


What payment methods does Medical Global Services accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that we do not offer credit terms at this time.


What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD. While we may provide local currency estimates for convenience, your final payment will be processed in US dollars.


Does Medical Global Services offer price matching?
Yes, we do. If you’re paying less elsewhere for the same product, with identical packaging, terms, and conditions, show us the receipt or invoice and we’ll do our best to match it.


Do you offer referral incentives?
Yes. Refer a fellow medical professional to Medical Global Services, and once they place at least $3,000 worth of orders, you’ll receive $500 in account credit to use on any product. The more referrals you send, the more rewards you can earn.


I can’t find the product I need. Can you help?
Yes. If you don’t see the item in our catalog, just reach out. We frequently receive new inventory and can often source specific products at competitive wholesale prices.
